  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 kale leaf
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place spinach, kale, broccoli, apples, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
