- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the popover pan into the oven to preheat as well.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt, and flour in a blender, and blend until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the heated pan, filling each cup to the rim. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then turn the heat down to 375°F and bake for 20 minutes longer, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
