  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the popover pan into the oven to preheat as well.
  • Combine eggs, milk, salt, and flour in a blender, and blend until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the heated pan, filling each cup to the rim. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then turn the heat down to 375°F and bake for 20 minutes longer, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
