  • 4 lbs. pork tenderloin, excess fat removed
  • 4 bulbs fennel, cubed
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Place the pork into an oval 6- to 6½-quart slow cooker. Top with remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.
