One of the simplest and best burgers ever. Grilled portobello mushrooms are so naturally juicy and meaty you may swear off hamburgers forever.

- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 hamburger rolls
- Preheat grill.
- Brush mushroom caps with oil. Place flat side on grill and cook for 8 minutes. Flip mushrooms over and grill another 5 minutes.
- Remove mushrooms from grill and sandwich between rolls. Garnish with condiments of choice. Serve immediately.
