Potato Bread
This light, fluffy bread will quickly become a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup soy milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
Directions
- Assemble bread machine with the dough paddle in place. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients to the pan in the order indicated in your machine’s operation manual. Proceed according to manufacturer’s directions for white bread. Before the final rise, gently prick the dough with a fork in several places. Continue with the final rise and baking.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool bread completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container or freeze.
