Power Energy Bites
Power through the day with fiber-rich energy bites made from dried fruits, quinoa and rice crisps.

- 1⁄2 cup Kroger® Sweetened Dried Cranberries 50% Less Sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Kroger® Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
- 1⁄2 cup dried dates
- 1⁄2 cup dried figs
- 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
- 1⁄4 cup rice crisp cereal
- 1⁄4 cup dried raspberries
- 1⁄2 teaspoon real vanilla
- In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients; mix well.
- Place dried fruit mixture into food processor and process until well mixed, 30-45 seconds.
- Form into 1” balls. Store in refrigerator.
