Power through the day with fiber-rich energy bites made from dried fruits, quinoa and rice crisps.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup Kroger® Sweetened Dried Cranberries 50% Less Sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup Kroger® Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1⁄2 cup dried dates
  • 1⁄2 cup dried figs
  • 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 1⁄4 cup rice crisp cereal
  • 1⁄4 cup dried raspberries
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon real vanilla

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients; mix well.
  • Place dried fruit mixture into food processor and process until well mixed, 30-45 seconds.
  • Form into 1” balls. Store in refrigerator.
