Pressure Cooker Apple Streusel Oatmeal

- 1½ cups water
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- Place all of the ingredients in the pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place. Bring to high pressure and maintain for 11 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow pressure to release naturally.
- Remove the lid and stir the oatmeal, adding more milk if desired.
