Pressure Cooker Broccoli in Lemon-Butter Sauce
For a quick and elegant dish, steam broccoli florets in a pressure cooker and drizzle with a simple sauce made with butter, lemon, and Dijon mustard.

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- ⅛ tsp. black pepper
- Put the broccoli, salt, and water in the pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place and bring to low pressure; maintain pressure for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the butter, lemon juice, and mustard.
- Remove the pressure cooker from the heat, quick-release the pressure, and remove the lid. Using a slotted spoon transfer the broccoli to the bowl with the butter mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with black pepper.
