Pressure Cooker Couscous

Couscous is really a type of pasta cut into tiny balls, but it is often served as a grain, with vegetables as a topping or on the side.

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 cups water


  • Add the couscous and water to the pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place; bring to high pressure and maintain for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow pressure to release naturally. Fluff with a fork.
