Pressure Cooker Oatmeal
Use a pressure cooker to make thick and creamy oatmeal. Whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon to stir into the cooked oatmeal.

- 1½ cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- Place water, milk, and oats in the pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place. Bring to high pressure and maintain for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow pressure to release naturally.
- Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove the lid and stir the oatmeal. Serve in individual bowls with additional milk and a spoonful of the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
