Pressure Cooker Quinoa

Quinoa is an excellent source of protein and easy to cook in a pressure cooker.

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water


  • Add the quinoa and water to the pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place; bring to high pressure and maintain for 6 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow pressure to release naturally. Fluff with a fork.
