Pressure Cooker Wild Rice

Try a blend of cooked wild rice and cooked white or brown rice for a more subtle flavor.

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 4 cups water


  • Add wild rice and water to the pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place; bring to high pressure and maintain for 22 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow pressure to release naturally. Fluff with a fork.
