Prosciutto with Melon
This is an excellent summery taste for the first course in a big eggy breakfast.

- ½ cantaloupe or ¼ honeydew melon, skinned and cut into 4 slices
- Juice of ½ lime
- 4 paper-thin slices prosciutto
- 4 slices fresh lime
- Arrange the melon on a platter. Sprinkle with lime juice, wrap with prosciutto, and serve.
