Prosciutto with Melon

Ingredients

  • ½ cantaloupe or ¼ honeydew melon, skinned and cut into 4 slices
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 4 paper-thin slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices fresh lime

Directions

  • Arrange the melon on a platter. Sprinkle with lime juice, wrap with prosciutto, and serve.
