Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe fool you. These salty, savory asparagus stalks are always a crowd pleaser.

  • 12 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
  • 6 slices prosciutto


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut each strip of prosciutto in half lengthwise. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until prosciutto is crisp, turning each spear over halfway through cooking time.
  • Serve hot or cold.
