Prosciutto Wrapped Melon

Sweet and savory -- always a great pair! Start with fresh cantaloupe for this summer treat.

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 9 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced


  • Cut cantaloupe into wedges. Slice wedges in half. Place melon pieces into a bowl and sprinkle with lime juice. Stir gently to coat.
  • Wrap each melon piece with a slice of prosciutto, and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a serving tray. Refrigerate until serving.
