Protein-Packer Blended Smoothie

- 1⁄4 cup almonds
- 3⁄4 cup purified water
- 1 cup watercress
- 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- Combine almonds and water in a blender and emulsify until no almond bits remain.
- Add watercress, apple, banana, and 1⁄2 cup yogurt and blend until thoroughly combined with almond milk.
- Add remaining 1⁄2 cup yogurt while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
