  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¾ cup purified water
  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt


  • Combine almonds and water in a blender and emulsify until no almond bits remain.
  • Add watercress, apple, banana, and ½ cup yogurt and blend until thoroughly combined with almond milk.
  • Add remaining ½ cup yogurt while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
