Puerto Rican-inspired Coquito
This drink is as decadent as a milkshake. Add rum to turn it into a sweet, boozy cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) evaporated milk
- 1 can (13.5 fl. oz.) cream of coconut
- 1 can (13.5 fl. oz.) coconut milk
- 1 can (14 fl. oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup dark rum (optional)
Directions
- In a blender, add evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk; blend 30 seconds.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger; if using, add rum. Blend another 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
