- 6 cups pumpkin purée
- 2¼ cups honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup lemon juice
- Add all the ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cook the mixture on low for 4½ hours, until it becomes thick and smooth.
- Pour the finished pumpkin butter into sterilized pint or half pint jars and seal.
