Pumpkin Butter

Serve with apple slices, pear slices, drizzled over butternut squash or on top of a dessert of your choice.

  • 6 cups pumpkin purée
  • 2¼ cups honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup lemon juice


  • Add all the ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cook the mixture on low for 4½ hours, until it becomes thick and smooth.
  • Pour the finished pumpkin butter into sterilized pint or half pint jars and seal.
