Pumpkin Coconut Smoothies
Thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious, these pumpkin smoothies are a great alternative to the high-fat frozen treats sold each fall.

- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- Measure all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
