Pumpkin Coconut Smoothies

Thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious, these pumpkin smoothies are a great alternative to the high-fat frozen treats sold each fall.

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. agave nectar


  • Measure all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
