Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie
The frozen banana lends a wonderful creaminess and the frozen mango gives this smoothie a hint of sweetness without any added sugar. If you like it sweeter, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey or agave.

- 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, not a can
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1⁄4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
