Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie

The frozen banana lends a wonderful creaminess and the frozen mango gives this smoothie a hint of sweetness without any added sugar. If you like it sweeter, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or agave.

  • 1¼ cups unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, not a can
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
