Purple Veggie Smoothie
With this smoothie, you can savor the delicious flavor of red peppers, vibrant beets, beta-carotene-packed carrots, and fresh parsley.

- 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 beets, peeled and chopped
- ½ medium red bell pepper, seeded
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2½ cups purified water
- Place carrots, beets, bell pepper, parsley, and 1¼ cups water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
