Purple Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 beets, peeled and chopped
  • ½ medium red bell pepper, seeded
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2½ cups purified water

Directions

  • Place carrots, beets, bell pepper, parsley, and 1¼ cups water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
