Quinoa "Burrito" Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 4 cups Simple Truth Organic™ Quinoa, prepared
- 1 package Simple Truth™ Shredded Mexican Style Cheese Blend
- 1 can Simple Truth Organic™ Black Beans, drained and warmed
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 avocado
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 jar salsa
- Fresh lime wedges, for garnish
Directions
- In serving bowls, layer quinoa, chicken, cheese, black beans, tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, avocado and salsa. Garnish with sour cream, cilantro and lime wedges.
- To serve family style, create a buffet by arranging each ingredient in individual bowls.
