Quinoa Caprese Bowl

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup mozzarella balls
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tbsp. Italian dressing


  • Place quinoa in a bowl. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. Drizzle with Italian dressing and serve.
