Raisin Nut Granola
Homemade granola is not only better tasting and less expensive than store-bought granola, but you can also control the nutrition.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 cups rolled oatmeal
- 2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cashews
- 1⁄2 cup almonds
- 2 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. In bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, honey, oil, and cinnamon and mix well. In roasting pan, combine oatmeal, walnuts, and sunflower seeds and mix well.
- Drizzle orange juice mixture over the oat mixture and stir to coat all dry ingredients; spread into even layer. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until granola is crisp and light golden brown. Stir in raisins, then cool. Store in air-tight container.
