Rapini with Garlic

If you can’t find rapini, broccolini is generally easy to find in your local grocery store.

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 bunches rapini, ends trimmed
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. water


  • Heat oil and garlic in skillet over medium heat. Add rapini to skillet. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes, tossing often.
  • Add water and salt and continue tossing for 2 more minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
