Rapini with Garlic
If you can’t find rapini, broccolini is generally easy to find in your local grocery store.

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 bunches rapini, ends trimmed
- ½ tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. water
- Heat oil and garlic in skillet over medium heat. Add rapini to skillet. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes, tossing often.
- Add water and salt and continue tossing for 2 more minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
