Raspberry Delight Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 pints raspberries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1⁄2 cup rice milk
  • 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt


  • Place iceberg, raspberries, banana, and rice milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add yogurt while blending until desired texture is achieved.
