Raspberry-Flax Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place cantaloupe, banana, orange, raspberries, flaxseeds, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
