- 1⁄2 cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
- 2 cups purified water
- Place cantaloupe, banana, orange, raspberries, flaxseeds, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
