Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

No oranges? No problem. Substitute an equal amount of commercial orange juice for the fresh squeezed.

  • 4 cups raspberries
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  • In a small bowl, combine the raspberries, orange juice, and sugar. Stir and allow to macerate at room temperature for 1–2 hours.
  • After raspberries are ready, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
