Raspberry-Lemon Slush
This can have some vodka added or not; it’s very good either way. If you choose to omit the vodka, use lemon-lime soda or club soda instead.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (12 oz.) frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
- 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade, slightly thawed, mixed with 1 can water
- 12 ice cubes
- 20 oz. citrus-flavored vodka
Directions
- If you wish to remove the raspberry seeds, strain the raspberries through a fine sieve before using. Whirl raspberries, lemonade, and ice in a blender until very slushy. Add vodka and serve.
