- 1 cup regular or dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- 3 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- In a blender, blend together the ice cream, lime juice, and sugar. Add the frozen fruit and process again. Pour into two parfait or tall drinking glasses. Serve immediately or freeze.
