  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 6 cups 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 16 ounces Malibu Original Carribean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
  • 1 cup cream of coconut
  • 2⁄3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Fresh pineapple wedges, for garnish

Directions

  • In a blender, puree raspberries until smooth and fully blended. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine raspberry puree, pineapple juice, rum, cream of coconut and lime juice; stir until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish individual drinks with pineapple wedge.
