Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 6 cups 100% Pineapple Juice
- 16 ounces Malibu Original Carribean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- 2⁄3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- Fresh pineapple wedges, for garnish
Directions
- In a blender, puree raspberries until smooth and fully blended. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine raspberry puree, pineapple juice, rum, cream of coconut and lime juice; stir until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish individual drinks with pineapple wedge.
