Raspberry Smoothie

You can replace the yogurt with soy yogurt and the milk with soy or rice milk if you have a milk allergy.

  • 2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup skim milk


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
