- 4 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp. agave nectar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. mint leaves, chopped
- In a high-speed blender, combine the raspberries, agave nectar, vanilla, and mint, and purée.
- Once fully puréed, pour the raspberry mixture into 6 cups, and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Serve with a spoon.
