Raspberry Sorbet

  • 4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tsp. agave nectar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. mint leaves, chopped


  • In a high-speed blender, combine the raspberries, agave nectar, vanilla, and mint, and purée.
  • Once fully puréed, pour the raspberry mixture into 6 cups, and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with a spoon.
