This is a tangy, tart, and slightly sweet dressing that adds a touch of fruit to salad greens.

  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries, puréed and strained
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. chopped rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Strain into a glass jar.
