Keeps for 2 to 3 days, refrigerated. Serve as a dressing for grilled fish.

  • 1 medium-sized green mango, peeled and cubed
  • 6 dried red chilies
  • 1/8 tsp. salt


  • Purée all the ingredients in a food processor. Add 1 tablespoon of water if needed to aid in the process. Serve.
