Raw Sesame Seed Gravy
This is a delicious sauce to serve over cauliflower “rice” or other vegetarian dishes.

- ½ cup black sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced white onion
- 1 Tbsp. nama shoyu
- 1 cup chopped portobello mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup water
- Grind the sesame seeds into a powder with a coffee grinder or spice mill.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Slowly pour in water until desired consistency is reached.
