Raw Spiced Almond Falafels

This recipe is delicious served with pasta dishes and with salads. These falafels are dehydrated and have a texture similar to cooked falafels.

  • 2 cups blanched almonds, soaked
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid coconut oil


  • Using a food processor with an S blade, process all the ingredients together.
  • Form into little balls and dehydrate at 145°F for 2 hours. Turn down the temperature and continue dehydrating at 115°F for 12 hours.
