Slow Cooker Cheesy Rice and Chicken
No need to dirty pots and pans when you can toss everything in the slow cooker. This recipe budget friendly recipe only requires a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 bag (12 oz.) frozen mixed bell pepper and onion blend
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1 bag (10 oz.) yellow rice, prepared according to package directions
- 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup Kroger Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- In a slow cooker, add chicken and frozen bell pepper mixture. Spoon soup over mixture. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours, until chicken has an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- At the last few minutes of cook time, add the cooked rice, corn and cheese. Shred chicken, if desired and cook a few minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
