Red and Blue Berry Smoothie
Chilling the banana firms it up, adding more frothy texture to the smoothie. If available, use a frozen mixed-berry blend.

- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. granola
- Peel the banana and freeze for 15 minutes. Chop into a few pieces. Put the banana, berries, milk, and cinnamon into a blender. Process until liquefied.
- Add the ice cubes and process again. Pour the smoothie into a large drinking glass and sprinkle the granola on top.
