Red and Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 medium red Gala apples, cored and peeled
  • 1 medium lemon, peeled
  • 1 medium lime, peeled
  • 1 cup purified water


  • Place spinach, cucumber, celery, apples, lemon, lime, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
