Red Radish Salad (Mooli Ka Salaad)

Serve this with lamb curry and naan.

  • 10 small red radishes
  • 1 small seedless cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scallion, finely sliced


  • Cut off the tops of the radishes and cucumber and slice the as thinly as you can.
  • In a bowl, combine the radishes, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt; toss to mix well. Top with scallions and serve immediately.
