Red Radish Salad (Mooli Ka Salaad)
Serve this with lamb curry and naan.

- 10 small red radishes
- 1 small seedless cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 scallion, finely sliced
- Cut off the tops of the radishes and cucumber and slice the as thinly as you can.
- In a bowl, combine the radishes, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt; toss to mix well. Top with scallions and serve immediately.
