Red Wine Raspberry Sangria
This delicious combination of red wine and fruit can be made into a sorbet or sherbet if you have an ice-cream maker.

- 3 cups Beaujolais wine
- 1⁄2 cup framboise (raspberry liqueur)
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 medium plums, pitted and sliced
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup blackberries
- 1 small orange, thinly sliced
- Combine the wine, framboise, lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar in a pitcher. Stir well and chill at least 2 hours.
- Serve over ice.
