Reduced-Fat Honey Mustard Dressing
This dressing is lower in fat than others because part of the oil is replaced by chicken broth. You may also simply add water in place of broth to reduce calories. Store in refrigerator if not using immediately.

- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
