Reduced-Fat Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. dill relish
  • 1 tsp. capers, rinsed and crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried shallot
  • 1 tsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground white or black pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until needed. Can be safely stored in the refrigerator until the expiration date on the yogurt.
