Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 10 frozen blueberries
  • ½ ripe medium banana, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
