Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan
If you like your broccoli slightly charred, broil it for a few minutes before you take it out of the oven.

- 1 large head broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and put onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of broccoli, add garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Spread out in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes, or until broccoli is tender. Add Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
