Roasted Chickpeas

These savory roasted chickpeas can satisfy your craving for something salty and crunchy, but if you’re looking for a sweet snack, you can roast them with some cinnamon, stevia, and coconut oil instead.

  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. paprika


  • Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Put chickpeas on baking sheet and toss with olive oil and spices.
  • Spread out in a single layer and bake 30 minutes or until browned, turning chickpeas over once while baking.
