Roasted Red Pepper and Chickpea Dip
This is a great dip for vegetables or pita bread, but it’s also ideal to stuff vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini.

- 1 can (14 oz.) chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. roasted red peppers
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a food processor.
