Roasted Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

  • ½ cup almond oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. ground white pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • In a medium-size bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, oil, garlic powder, and white pepper until the pumpkin seeds are evenly coated.
  • Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 10–15 minutes until toasted.
