- 1 cup butternut squash, roasted
- 1 cup sweet potato, roasted
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp. shoyu
- 2 tsp. brown rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup spring water
- Blend all ingredients, slowly adding more water, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
